What To Do: First Weekend of 2012

Make your first weekend of 2012 as fun-filled as possible! Here are 4 ideas....

Friday: Get Phresh Fridays at Studio 21

Saturday: Target First Saturdays
This Saturday catch live music, a dance party and art talk at the Brooklyn Museum Target First Saturdays. this week features the new exhibit “HIDE/SEEK: Difference and Desire in American Portraiture” by Jonathan Katz. Jams will be provided by Caribbean soul artist Nhojj, folk rocker Melissa Ferrick, DJ Tikka Masala and more. 5-11 PM Click here for more info.

Sunday: Watch The Giants vs. Falcons Playoff Game. (I'm a Cowboys fan for the record)

My favorite place to watch is Harlem Tavern but Side Bar & The Village Pourhouse are also provide great SNF football times!

Sunday: If you're not into football sign up for brunch and girl talk with Daisy Lewellyn. This will be the first Brooklyn Brunch Series of the year. RSVP@daisylewellyn.com Cost is $30
