Today: Women's Health "Are You Game?" Fitness Event

What: An all day feel good festival packed with group exercise, dancing, food makeovers, style, free stuff, and live music

Why: Workout and have fun. I went a couple of years ago and it was a blast. I dare you to head to brunch at Kitchenette afterwards. Also, proceeds for the Ride for Your Life Bike Ride will benefit the American Cancer Society.

How: Show up to Pier 16/17 with $10 for registration
But: Classes for Zumba and Yoga may fill up so check the schedule and get there early.
