Crooklyn-A Spike Lee Joint- Viewing at Brooklyn Bridge Park

I am saddened by the fact that I'll be awayin Texas the night of this viewing. Crooklyn is a classic summer movie and where else better to watch than under the Brooklyn Bridge on a summer night? If you have never seen the movie, slap yourself you are sure to enjoy its 1970s nostalgia, and thematic emphasis on family, hardship, and love. I'm really jealous of anyone who is attending.

What: Crooklyn Movie Viewing-Movie With A View at Brooklyn Bridge Park
When: Thursday, August 18, 2011 at 6pm
Why: It's summer in Brooklyn and you moved to NYC to do such a cool thing. Own it!
Where: Pier 1 Harbor View Lawn
How: Show up with a blanket and a fun, laid back attitude.
But: Arrive early for best view. The lawn capacity is limited and fills up quickly. In the case of rain or unfavorable weather conditions check the Brooklyn Bridge Park website for updates.
